Have best doorbell battery (but is wired in) and after 7 ignored attempts on Twitter , unable to EVER see live view.
stream works fine on nest hub when bell is rung, but otherwise cannot see live view as & when required (which is why I bought it!)
im on fibre speed.
should I use a mesh WiFi?
should I return the doorbell as faulty?
I’ve reset the product and the router and no luck. Really not happy!!!!

Hi Brad, I can see you’ve tried to respond to other threads and have received some negative feedback so I will try to be polite.
Quite frankly, I am unable to see the live view on my doorbell. It isn’t network related because I have a smart plug outside on the same connection and there is no problem. Should I install a third part mesh to help? Which would mean further cost for me.
Please advise on how to resolve this. I wish to be able to see the live view at ANY TINE as that is what I’ve paid for and continue to pay for. Look forward to hearing from you.
Ok - can you point me to support please? I have got 12 unread Twitter messages and nobody has responded. If this continues I will be requesting a refund as the product simply does not work to standard for me.
