Nest doorbell and Camera with floodlight away only notifications

I'm no longer getting away only notifications since I changed the WiFi router in our house.

I reset the devices using the buttons and deleted my Nest Aware video history as described (absolutely ridiculous process).

So on the same day I had away only notifications working on the old router and then no away only notifications with the new router. Everything is set up as before.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that the Away only notifications for your Nest devices stopped working immediately after you switched to a new WiFi router. I appreciate all the steps you've already taken, and I'm here to help!

To isolate this issue, I'd like to know the following:

• Are there any other home members added to your Google Home?
• Which Nest devices do you have, and how many? Are they all set up just on the Google Home or also in the Nest app?
• Is your Google Home app updated? Please check out the following link for your reference: Update the Google Home app
