Nest doorbell (battery) camera doesn’t show live images

I’ve been using this doorbell for over a year now and suddenly the camera doesn’t work any longer. Several messages are shown in the app “livestream not available” “video not available. Try later” . I’ve restarted the modem. The bell has resetted to fabric settings and still not working. 
The bell does ring and connect with speakers.  But no camera images. Who has a solution for me. 
(I live in the Netherlands, so I hope the message well typed….)

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation you're getting with live stream not working. No worries, help's here! I have a few questions I'd like to ask to gather more information:

 

  • How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?
  • Is your doorbell connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network?
  • Is there a device between your doorbell and the router that might be causing interference?
  • Have you tried to move your router to the doorbell closer?
