Battery doesn't hold charge. How do I change the battery and where do I buy it please?

The battery in the battery doorbell is not user-replaceable.
You could try contacting Support starting with this link to see if they'll replace the doorbell:

Thank you. You are correct. The battery cannot be replaced. Contacted support and currently working on getting a replacement.

I do need help. No solution has been provided but to buy a replacement. Google rep said that warranty expired. I didn't expect this doorbell battery to last so little time.

Jenelyn,
For the record, I am very unsatisfied and disappointed for not getting the help I needed for the doorbell. The lifespan of this doorbell was less than 2 years. I bought it from the Google Store on 08/19/2021 and paid $197.54.
