Hello, I have installed a new Nest Doorbell (battery). I have a problem that it doesn’t seem to have stored any information beyond 24 hours (we don’t have constant traffic being recorded - Max 10 a day - and can’t work out how or where to connect it to Nest Aware to ensure recordings are saved for 30 days.

Google Nest does not provide a way to delete recorded events except to clear your entire history. Google Nest provides this: "All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days." https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en
Clips that you've downloaded to your camera roll in iOS can, of course, be deleted.

Hello Fisionchips,
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks,

With the newer cameras and doorbells, without a Nest Aware subscription, you get free EVENT video history for the most recent 3 hours only. With new cameras and doorbells, you're also supposed to get a free 30-day trial subscription; go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Home app.
You can subscribe to Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus by going to the Google Store here:

You can also purchase a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription through either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app:

Thank you for your help. What wasn’t clear was that it was a requirement to set up familiar face recognition for Nest Aware setup to be completed, after this was done it started saving older recordings. Another thing I am having difficulty with is deleting clips. There seems to be one selection, which is really tricky to find in the iOS app, and that’s to delete the entire history. Can you advise on this please? Thanks again.
