My nest doorbell (battery) fell off and lens is broken.I purchased it in November 2021 so it’s out of warranty. Is there any way to get it repaired or replaced?

Hey there,

I can imagine this has been stressful for you, but unfortunately If your device is no longer under warranty, we aren't able to offer a replacement.

Best regards,
Brad

@Brad

That is truly unfortunate, because numerous customers in this forum have reported that their battery doorbell has simply fallen from its mounting bracket, breaking the doorbell's camera. It makes one wonder whether there is a design defect in how the doorbell is mounted.

This is definitely design issue.This happened many times even after checking many times after mounting the device.I wish I knew this before purchasing it.

Users are welcome to reach out to support to see what can be offered, but we do not offer replacements for devices out of warranty. Thank you for sharing.

Best regards,
