Nest doorbell battery

My Nest Doorbell camera will no longer charge. I tried switching it to another outlet to charge and changed out the charger, but it is still at 2 percent. And suggestions? I got mine as part of my new ADT system.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you using the included power adapter? If you are using a third-party power adapter, it might send too little power, which can cause battery issue. Here's a link that might help you troubleshoot the issue more.
