Hi,
I have this problem posted a lot but haven't seen a resolution. Can anyone help with this?
I have a Samsung S21 Ultra and just set the doorbell up but the person outside can only hear themselves echo and nothing from me speaking into the phone.
I was given the doorbell for a xmas present and would like to know if there is a way of solving this problem or do I need to return the doorbell for a refund?
I hope there is someone or Google with a solution to this

Hey folks.
Thank you for your patience! This is a known bug. I'm afraid I do not have an ETA on anything. I am wondering if you have tried to Restart the Nest Doorbell? I would try to Factory Reset it if that works.
