Changed wifi connection and cannot get the new wifi setup on nest doorbell. Tried factory reset and cannot find the device

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us the status light of your doorbell? What phone are you using to set it up (Android, iOS)? How far is your doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? Are you using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? If so, make sure you're connecting your doorbell to the same network where your phone is connected to?
