I’ve had a nest hello that worked perfectly for 2 years. At a sudden moment the doorbell stopped working. Connection was lost and only the green light on top kept blinking. I did al thé troubleshooters and after some chatting I received a new nest hello.
Yesterdag I installed the new nest hello. Everything works for like 5 minutes. The new doorbell has the same issue. Impossible to make any connection and the green light keeps blinking. I cant factory reset and if i unwire and rewire the green light immediatly keeps blinking.
is the any experience with this problem?
(there is a strong WiFi connection outside and i tried every troubleshooter)

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to Restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
