Web View: Nest Camera indoor and outdoor.

Hey all,

do we have any update on the web viewer for these cameras?

I wish I would have done a little more research when outfitting my new home with all nest products. I've only ever used the products through the google home app but I figured there would be simple way to view the cameras via a web browser. It's frustrating that there isn't a solution for this after paying so much money for all these products.

Unfortunately the answer is no. You'll find that some community manager will come in this thread and give you the copy/paste spiel about how they understand your frustrations and then they'll give you some details on how to submit feedback through the Google Home app which isn't at all what we're asking for.

So for that community manager: it's not frustrating, it's unacceptable. I'm actively beginning my transition to Unifi products all around my home and will be slowly getting rid of everything Nest I have. Google should be embarrased at this whole ordeal.

I have been waiting for this as well. It is totally BS that they took this option away. I work in a location where I have not cell signal and connecting to my personal device (cellphone) to the company Wifi isn't allowed. My original nest cam I can still see online but none of my newer camera's. Poor choice, on my part and on Googles for not having this option.
