Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine with your doorbell going in and out of connection that it may not be the best situation. I have some questions to ask you:
- Are you able to move your cameras, or your wifi connection closer to each other?
- You technically have enough mbps upload speeds for the Nest Hello to work, but the faster the internet the better video quality, etc. you have.
- Have you tried to restart your camera? If not, you can learn how here.
