Hi I also have the same issue with a smashed lens after it fell from the bracket. We had it as a gift last Christmas so it’s under 12 months old. Please could you help?

Hello,

Same problem than all of you here, my nest doorbell fall down yesterday when i just push on the button to ring the bell...And the lens are now broken, the video from the doorbell is all messy now.

I'm really dissappointed about this problem, and from the beginning i found the mounting system really bad, as i'm never sure the ringbell are really well fixed, and always been scared than it fell down.

Now it happens, and i can't afford 199€ again to buy a new one currently so i really hope Goole support can help me with this problem, i can paid for reparation if needed, even if i bought the 21th of December 2022, so the warranty maybe should works.

Please someone help me with this.

Best regards

I am glad to see this forum. I have experienced the exact same problem. For whatever reason, the doorbell did not latch into its bracket properly. I inserted it into the bracket and gave it a wiggle, and all seemed fine. A few hours later my neighbor in my apartment building messaged me to say he came home and found the doorbell on the floor with a cracked lens. How frustrating this is. I will be filling out the form supplied in this forum and am hopeful for a positive resolution.

I also have this problem, the doorbell ejecting itself from the mounting bracket. My doorbell did this just the other day, the lens cracked, and the doorbell no longer works. I have filled out the form and submitted it. I am looking forward to hearing your response. Thank you.
