Nest doorbell recognizes faces but speakers won't say the names.  Stopped working a few days ago.  It recognizes faces and adds new faces but wont announce their names on house speakers.

How's it going with your Nest Hello? Do you still need our help? If so, check if the familiar face detection and people notifications are turned on. Also, if you use the Google Home app, you’ll need to turn on people events. Check out this link to learn more.

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. Tap your camera.
3. Tap Settings Notifications.
4. Under “Seen,” turn on People notifications.
