My Nest doorbell has disconnected twice in the past two months. I received a message from Google saying that the doorbell was removed from my account and the history deleted. It was easy to reconnect the app and wifi but I'm concerned if this happened when I'm away from home. I would like to know why this happens and how to prevent it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I think the only way to remove a Google Nest device from your account is for you or someone in your Google Nest "household" to do so.
