Nest doorbell video only giving me still photos

I stopped getting video recordings. Now I get still photos. Sometimes the filter also losses options

If it’s your first Nest Doorbell, you will get a trial Nest Aware subscription for a limited time. To view video saved in the cloud after the trial period has ended, purchase a Nest Aware subscription.
