Hi, my Nest doorbell wired is not reconnecting anymore to the app, has a steady green light. I tried about everything to reset, hard reset it but returns to green steady light. Don't seem to react anymore. It's only 2 years old. I tried the customer service, real joke, no answer after many attemps. Anybody can help? Thanks
