I changed routers and was having difficulty connecting to new wifi. After doing factory reset, I get solid white light but does not turn to blue to start the connection process. I did the 30 seconds until I saw the yellow light and still nothing. I’m on Roger’s 6g router.

We still have the older 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells, but if this were happening to us, I'd want to carefully review the precise factory reset instructions for the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell here:
As well as what this topic says about the various lights that occur during a factory reset of the doorbell:

Hi folks,
@Donnymac, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, which Nest Doorbell do you have? In case you have the battery type, you may follow the steps below.
To reset:
1. Locate the reset pinhole on the back of your Nest Doorbell.
Tip: The reset pin on your Nest Doorbell (battery) is located below the USB port on the back of the doorbell.
2. Insert and hold the pin (you can use an unfolded paperclip or a thumbtack):
3. Release the button. Your Nest Doorbell will restore to its factory settings.
4. After the factory reset, your Nest Doorbell will appear as “Offline” in the app until you remove it.
5. To remove it from the app, open the app, then tap Settings Remove device
Confirm.
Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
