My wired Nest doorbell suddenly stopped streaming video. Everything it captures is a stillshot (photo) instead of the video it used to capture.
I’ve tried everything I can think of including reconnecting to WiFi, deleting history and restarting the entire unit. The product has only been hooked up for one month. Any ideas?

You have probably finished the free 30 days of nest aware subscription. You have to subscribe and pay monthly for 24/7 video feed otherwise you'll only get still shots and will disappear after 3 hours has lapsed.
