My Nest hello went offline with 49% battery.
internet connection is good as all the other nest/ google products working fine. When I pressed the ring button it made an audible sound on the hello unit but wouldn’t connect to the internet to give alerts to hub/ iPhone. I proceeded to charge the hello to see if this helps but now no light comes on unit and the hello is unresponsive, I tried to master reset but this didn’t work either. Unit is dead and doesn’t respond to charging etc.
can I please return the unit under warranty as it was purchased from the google store in August 21.
I be will have to buy a replacement unit as it doesn’t seem like an easy process to get a replacement through the google store
