Nest hello time stamp is wrong

Whena a clip link is played back and the time stamp is shown by turning on subtitles, it is wrong. It shows the time that the clip was was created, not the actual time of the event.
I need the actual time for submission for a police report.

I just tried downloading a clip from one of our Nest Hellos from the home.nest.com website onto our iMac running Ventura and viewed the clip in QuickTime Player and turned on English subtitles, and got the actual running event times at the bottom of the screen.

In the Nest app I have created several clips, all showing the time of their creation, not the actual time.

If I save a clip on my iPad to my camera roll and view it on my iPad, I get the true timestamp of the clip. If I email it, it gets emailed as a MOV file and does NOT have ANY timestamp. If I airdrop it to my iMac, it gets dropped as an MP4 file (the same format as when a clip is created on the iMac) and DOES have the true timestamp.
