Nest inddoor/outoor cam

Hi,

Trying to set up the google nest cam indoor outdoor, after scanning qr code and asking have I other nest products on my home network (which I don't, and answer no to) it displays "problem connecting to the cloud" error.

Has anyone had this issue using the camera and if so any idea's as to how to rectify? I'm using ios and have several google products installed and working on the network.

Thanks in advance.

If anyone comes across this with the same issue, I managed to figure it out. I deleted the house and removed all users and devices, created a new home and paired the nest cam as first device which worked fine. A little tedious but such is life.

Getting the exact same error, posted today but didnt see your post.

Hi,

Have you had any luck with this? I've spoken with google support who are nice but had had no initial solution and had to transfer me to a nest expert, this however had to be an email response of which I have not yet received.

Hope you find a solution to your problem 👍
