Faulty Google Hello Doorbell - how to escalate

I have a wired Nest Hello Doorbell, that has stopped working. I have gone through endless trouble shooting with Google and now need to escalate the issue as i'm unsatisfied with the progress. Case no is  3-4706000032630. I've also currently paying for a monthly subscription for a doorbell that's not working.
