Hello,
After a recent iPhone update, I have lost my notification previews for my Nest outdoor cameras through the Nest app. My indoor camera still will show a video preview for some reason. My outdoor cameras are only showing a picture now of the movement for the notification. From past issues, it looks like Nest needs an update for their app to correct this issue.

Same issue, a few days ago only a still image appears in iPhone notification for an outdoor camera. The weird thing is that I have a second outdoor camera which is still showing video preview in notifications…

I have the same issue with outdoor IQ where one still sends video preview and another only sends still shot and in most cases the still shot does not show the object that triggered motion. Also is happening with regular outdoor cams where some ok some not. Also same with indoor cams some ok some not.

It started working for me now. There were no changes on my side, so must be something was wrong on server side.

It cleared up by itself today. Looks like Apple sent out a system update that may have fixed it.
