I moved house 9 months ago and cancelled subscriptions to 3 first gen cameras. I’ve now moved into another house and ‘simply’ want to subscribe so I can get video recording. The cameras work - but I don’t understand how to buy a subscription for the three - I don’t want to migrate to google. I can’t get the right answers on internet and I can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone. Does anyone have a phone number for Nest so that someone can walk a dummy through signing up ?! I’m UK

I don't know how you buy 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions.
You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@SteveWalker007, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. You may try subscribing to Nest Aware using your Nest App. From the homepage of your Nest App, go to Settings> Nest Aware> select Subscribe to Nest Aware> Get Started> Choos your plan> Hit Next and follow the prompts. Let us know how it goes.
