All recordings and events display properly, however when someone rings the doorbell, Nest displays “no events detected.” Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: when did it start happening? What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive the same message? Also, are there any Activity Zones set up for the camera?
