Nest or Google account

Hello, 

I can't access to my Nest IOS account in my phone, I try to enter with my email and password and I can't and I also try to access using Google and I can't access to. Can you please help me? But right now I access to thenest app in my pc.

If you have NOT migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account, then you cannot just start using the "Sign in with Google" option to log into the Google Nest app without migrating.

If you can log into the home.nest.com website on your PC, then you should be able to log into the Google Nest app on your phone, as long as you are using the same username and password.
