Nest outdoor IQ camera I cannot reconnect with new wifi or to home app

I have had my New cam out door camera for several years.  Our home just changed to a new wifi network.  I was able to change my other three cameras with not  much trouble.  But! my one outdoor camera, I am unable to reinstall. I have read and studied the installation.    I did take this camera off of my home app (that was one if the instructions if you were unable to install). but now I can't get it back on my home app or able to change the wifi.                                               With the camera plugged in the little light is green. I think that is a good sign? but I'm not getting anywhere in reinstalling it.

I just want to talk to someone who can walk me through the installation.   I have tried for days and hours upon hours to install.  Nothing!!!

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
