Nest outdoor cam not sending notifications at night

Has anyone had this issue? Get them as I should during the day but at night, I'm not getting any.

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: when did it start happening? Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on? Have you tried using a different phone to isolate the issue? Also, try to steps below and let us know how it goes.

If you're using an iOS

1. Delete the app.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Reinstall app.

If you're using an Android

1. Clear the app's cache.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Reinstall app.
