Nest outdoor cam

I have a door cam and nest Iq outdoor cam , I have just purchased 2 outdoor battery cams but can’t connect them to my nest app only to my google home app , it takes me all the way to putting 6 digit pin in and wait for 4 digit serial number and won’t go any further. 
is there any way of doing this .

Unfortunately, the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells released since Sept. 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and on the home.google.com website. They cannot be installed in the Google Nest app or accessed on the home.nest.com website. We discovered this when we bought a battery camera in Sept. 2021, and have been using 2 apps and 2 websites ever since.
