Nest security cameras not picking up cars in driveway

Hello,

Sure hope someone could help me out.  I am struggling to understand why my Nest security cameras are not picking up my car when I enter the driveway?  If a person walks by or if I walk onto my driveway, I get alerted and video records.  The camera's field of vision and targeted area does cover my entire driveway?

Why would this be?  Any help is appreciated.

Forgive me if i upset you asking this.... but is the vehicle setting turned on?

Totally fine and thank you for suggesting.  You are right, my vehicle detection was not enabled.
