Nest video doesn’t work This camera is missing in action

24 hr webcam wonk work on iPad or iPhone but does on a Dell computer. I get This camera is missing in action as do all my friends on apple products. Is it a nest apple issue or not smart devices, only computers. My friends have the same issue and it’s not new. Don’t know which categories are correct. It’s a 24hr live video I’d like to view. Works only on non apple computer, not smart phone or ipad

@User123456 has known about this issue for over a year and has done nothing to address it.

are you within the return window?  If so, I would 10000% recommend returning it. Did you know you can't use 2-way voice on the doorbells?  It doesn't work if you have a samsung phone. @User123456 has known about it for over a year and hasn't done anything about it.  So, I have an expensive doorbell that will not allow me to even talk to folks at the front door.  Useless!  Return it if you can!
