Nest wired doorbell

Can't get wired doorbell to work, I have chimes on one button. Is there a wiring diagram available?

There are currently multiple threads about wired doorbells malfunctioning - possibly due to hot patch?  I have 19V @ my doorbell and no power to the device.  Can you verify power with a meter?
