Our camera's went offline when we put the new router in place for our new ISP. None of them will connect and go back online. We have a Netgear Orbi Mesh router w/3 satellites for wifi and I can see the IP addresses of the cameras as "Attached Devices". I have removed the camera's from the Nest App, put a paperclip in the "reset" button and still nothing. All of my camera's show offline. Any one know how to truly reset them? I have even turned off 5GHZ wifi and they can only connect to 2.4GHZ... and that's not working either. I have alot invested in these camera's and I need your help!

Hello maverick0728,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. When connecting your Nest Camera to a new Wi-Fi router, they need to be reset to the factory default. A pulsing blue light is the indication that your Nest Cameras are ready to be set up. Hit this link and select your Nest Camera type to follow the proper steps to reset them. Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Emerson

The problem was with the Netgear Nighthawk router. Once I removed that router and put our old Asus in place, they all connected. Netgear wouldn't call me back and I couldn't get anyone to pinpoint the problem. I returned the Netgear Nighthawk after spending days on this problem. All my cameras are working now with our old Asus router.
