Nests don't hold connections to Wifi and customer service is horrific

My case is 7961000034145 and my experience with customer service representative Melvin was hard to believe. He was argumentative, aggressive, and rude. The chastised me for saying the "camera wouldn't connect to the Nest app" instead of saying "camera wouldn't connect with Wifi through the Nest app." He was unpleasant to talk to and when asking for escalation he tauntingly said now and ended the call. Nest, the only thing worse than your outdoor product is a customer service rep working with you like Melvin. Please visit and audit this call.
