Just purchased a two pack of the nest outdoor cameras from Lowes. They are the 2 generation battery model. Both cameras won't charge up to 100%. I am using the original power chord and they are plugged in correctly. The cameras are turned off and sitting in my office with the supplied chord. I something wrong with the camera or the power supply? One camera was pulled in all night and only came to 77% and the other I had pulled in all day yesterday and it came up to 66%. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
