What the heck??
I have a new indoor nest cam that I cannot see or manage when I login to my Nest account on my IMAC. I tried to add this to my Nest account, but was forced to use the Google Home App to set it up and migrate the account to Google Home.
Now, I can't review history or events, except on the Home app on my Iphone. What is the solution to this problem?
If I cannot see or manage the camera on my IMAC or Apple laptop, then the system is useless for me and I will abandon it and seek a refund. This is extremely frustrating. Looking for a solution before I deposit the Nest system in the recycling bin.

Google Nest decided that the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 would work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. So we've been using 2 apps ever since we got a new battery camera 16 months ago.
However, a month or so ago, Google Nest went live with a beta/preview website, home.google.com, that shows live-streaming (but no history) for ALL of our cameras.

Hey folks,
Canislatrans, we're currently previewing an early version of Google Home for web, so you may not see certain features supported. If you have any feedback or feature requests, please share using the menu located in the top right corner.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Thanks,
Archie

For Google Home:
All features of the Nest Cameras must be accessible on MAC OS as well as IOS.
1. All Nest cameras, including those purchased pre-Google, must be accessible
2. All functionality for all cameras -- detection zone setting, alert settings, history review -- must be available in Google Home on Mac OS and IOS
