New Modem and cannot reconnect nest cams

We just had a new Modem installed today with new password. I'm not able to reconfigue my nest cameras to the new wifi info. I've gone through the setup stages but not having any luck. Suggestions?

Because Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings, they recommend setting your network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem.

If you cannot do that, then the general process is to remove the devices from the Google Nest app or Google Home app, do a factory reset on each, and reinstall each.
