My router stopped working so they came and gave me a new one and with it, a new password. I have been trying for WEEKS to reconnect my cameras and have been unsuccessful! It should not be that hard to do!!!!!! My frustration is at an all time high. I got 3 phone numbers to try the first guy tried to help me, but couldn't so he gave me 2 other numbers. The first one never answered the phone, the second one guy (who I could barely understand) let me get half way through my issue when he interrupted and said, this department couldn't help me and HUNG UP ON ME! Can someone please tell me how to reconnect my cameras. I have tired everything! Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi settings. That's why their first recommendation when getting a new router/modem is to set the network name (SSID) and password on the new router/modem to the same values used on the old router/modem.
If you can't do that, then the basic process is to remove your cameras and doorbells from the Google Nest app or Google Home app (as appropriate) while still on your old Wi-Fi network, do a factory reset on each device, and then reinstall them.
The factory reset process varies, and glitches can occur on the reinstall.

Thank you so much for responding and trying to help me. The problem is, I didn't know I had to do anything like that before they installed the new router, so I think I will call Ring or simply safe and see about getting their security system. I will never recommend google!!!!!! Again, thank you for trying to help, it is really appreciated.
