Hi there
we just moved into a home that has a nest outdoor camera already installed and wired where it is unable to be in plugged. I have tried to add the camera to the best app but it gives me an error saying something went wrong (NC023 code). I have restarted and turned Bluetooth on and off and still have the same issue. The only thing I can find online is that I need to unplug it and bring it inside to set up but that is not possible the way the previous owners wired the camera. Current the camera shows a green solid light. Is there a way I can add this without trying to unplug it?
Thanks!

In order to install a 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera that was previously installed in the previous owner's Google Nest app, the previous owner needs to have removed the camera from their Google Nest app while stuck on their old Wi-Fi network, since that's the only way to factory reset that camera (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en&sjid=7158123130928781564-NC#zippy=%2Cnest...).
If the previous owner did not do that, then you may need to wait up to 60 days for the previous owner's video history to expire before you can reinstall it in the Google Nest app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249728).
In order to reinstall the camera, you will need either the QR code or the 6-character alphanumeric setup code printed on the back of the camera.
And in the future, if you ever need to restart your camera, you'll need to figure out how to unplug the camera.
