I have tried to set up my 2nd camera (dual pack) 20 times and it will not install while it says searching for other products? Why does it have this step? The Nest app was so easier when you install wired ones. Is there a way to fix this issue or should I just return them?

I found out you have to be logged on with your GMAIL account not your personal one. You can close this thread.
