We had an older Nest camera that died-we installed a new one….I turned off the old one in my Nest App-installed Google Home and the camera will not install on my phone/app keeps telling me there was a problem and to try again.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting and no luck…it does however show up on my husbands phone/app so i know its connected and working
I would love help with this!

I am a bit confused. First, is your camera the newer "Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery)"? Second, if your new camera shows on your husband's phone, then you must have installed it in the Google Home app on his phone. If that is the case, then in order for you to access the camera on your phone, your husband will need to invite you to his Google Nest "household" by going to Settings | Household in the Google Home app, and you will need to accept the invitation. (You do NOT separately install the camera on each phone.)
