Next Doorbell no good

Purchased our battery Nest doorbell a while ago from home depot, subscribed to the Nest monitoring also, worked for about a year, then stopped recording video and would not allow me to view live video anymore, so it was useless for security.  I contacted google support for help, seemed like a common issue with this from what I read, I tried 4x with 4 different techs to do what they asked, remove the app, re-boot, etc, etc.  nothing worked.  I then cancelled my subscription and will toss this in the garbage, $190 for a 1 year use as I was told it was out of warranty. 

I will check for better products that don't' have video problems.  Just thought I would share, I wish it would have worked for me, didn't have a problem with it when it did work.
