Hi my nest iq outdoor camera stopped working today after a year .the cable and power supply checked with another camera and works perfectly. Camera check with another known working supply and still doesn’t turn on . No visible light . I bought in Levittown NY just little over a year ago . I got 6 cam total all others working fine . Thank you for your time ,look forward to your reply in helping resolving this issue

Same issue over here and within 1 year, but because the outdoor iq is no longer produced and out of stock all over te world i received a refund, but force me to use the new outdoor cam ( which has less features then the outdoor iq ) Also the present nest app ( with my hello - indoor iq and smoke detectors ) seems not to work with the new. Upgrades fine , new products fine , but make sure it works togeter.
Google sucks with this new line. I have an expensive subscription but no cam which works with the old hardware and app

Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

Yes I still need your help .
I have done everything as far as resetting with steps that others took that have the same problem as me .
I swap the power souce with another cam and no help , even tried another outlet no help . I unplugged it for a few days to see if that help , no help . I proceeded with the hard reset and no help . The camera doesn’t come on , no blue ring and no voice prompts . Before the camera stop working . The weather and temperatures were normal . So can’t really say what happened .

I am sorry to hear that you are still having the same issue. It sounds like your camera may have malfunctioned, or died somehow. Especially if there was no lights, no sign of it working. How long have you had your camera for? Please let me know if you need further assistance.

It was purchased august of last year along with 5 others . So around 1 year 1 month

In my opinion google should take his responsibility here. They decided to get rid of the outdoor IQ and replace with a new outdoor cam, which only has 2K instead of 4K and i believe also doesn't do face tracking and so on like the IQ did. For people who own a IQ which is malfunction within guarantee time GOOGLE should at least replace these IQ's for the NEW ones for FREE since it's almost 50% of the price as well compared to the IQ.
I am still very frustrated about this.
