When I log in to my account the cameras are not there.

Thank you for reaching out to the community! . I understand you're having trouble viewing your cameras in your account. Let me take it from here! 

Before we continue, I need to gather some relevant information:

  • When did this issue begin?
  • What type of cameras do you have?
  • If you have more than one device, is this issue occurring with all of them?
  • What is the status of the LED light on the cameras?
  • Which app are you using? Is it the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you please list them?
