No more face recognition

I have a new hello nest and all of the newest cameras. I was logging all face recognition and I have about 20 people so far. I pay the premium package. It has now stopped seeing people to identify. People walk right up to it, it records the action and nothing. Also package detection first work. People are leaving huge packages and no alerts. It’s all set up and turned on. I also noticed the door bell doesn’t send alerts on motion, I have to rely on my other porch camera to alert of people and then go and see the video. I had the doorbell replaced thinking a bad unit, but the same. I called Google and they gave me some story about motion detection being out due to a storm on their end and to wait 48 hours. That was funny. Help.
