This has been on ongoing problem with this doorbell. My wired doorbell won’t send notifications and my battery one will. I have checked ALL notification settings on my phone and the Google Nest and Google Home apps. I have reset my phone and again checked all notification settings. Both doorbells are online. Still no notifications on the wired doorbell. Reset the doorbell? Ok but why put the QR code on the device so that I need to remove it. Very very frustrated!!

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
