No status light on Nest Camera (wired)

I recently had a power outage and now my wired outdoor Nest camera doesn't seem to power on. The outlets is working, and I've tried resetting the camera. There is no status light.

• Are you using the USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera?
• Is the cable fully and securely plugged in to both the camera and the adapter?
• Are there any kinks or frays in the cable?
• Have you tried an alternative cable?
