I'm just another Google Nest customer.

On your Mac you can use the home.google.com website to provides access to video history for the newer 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells. It may also do so for the older 1st gen Google Nest cameras that have been "transferred" to the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, but we haven't transferred any of our cameras.

I'm not sure what you mean by "only notifications on phone". You should be able to get notifications on your iPhones and iPads.

The newer 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells get installed in the Google Home app and cannot be accessed in the Google Nest app.

A Nest Aware subscription has to be in the same Google Nest "home/structure" and on the same Google Account as your cameras and doorbells in order to work.

If you want to talk to Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
