Keeps going off line and not able to reconnect

Hi Safwatishaker,

 

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand that your Nest device keeps going offline, and you are unable to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network. Help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What specific Nest device do you have?
  • How far is the Wi-Fi router from the device?
  • What is the status of the LED light on your device?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or Nest app?
  • Are you getting any error message?
  • Have you made any recent changes to the Wi-Fi network settings?
